After a week in Tibro with the South African gang, we’re back at the office wondering how to celebrate.
Celebrate what? one might ask… Well..Life?
Or the fact that we had the best of weeks catching up with our african friends, making beautiful objects in the Tibro Training Center work shop. We also want to celebrate our brand new agent LADP who, from now on will take care of all the selling and marketing of Leaf and Sindy!
So how do we do this?
Well, we still have Tree and Seed in our own stock and what better way to celebrate than making you an offer you can’t resist!
So how about this, we offer you to buy Tree (Antracite) for the price of 2995 sek instead of the usual 3995 sek. And 3 seeds (White or Antracite, mix as you like!) for the total price of 250 sek. (original price 95 sek a piece)
All you need to do is to e-mail us at email@example.com about what you need and we’ll get back to you asap.
And if you are also interested in our products Leaf or Sindy, don’t hesitate in sending LADP an e-mail!

One week in Cape town was obviously too short for us to manage more than two posts here.. So it’s definitely time for an update!
As written earlier we teamed up in a group of four, the two of us, and two wonderful South Africans named Koketso Komane and Suné Adonis. Koketso is an industrial designer from Johannesburg, or “Joburg” as it´s called. He works as designer at a company called CasaNyumba. Suné is an interior designer from Cape town, and she runs the company Amawele Design with her twin sister.
Since the time was short we immediately started working on what in the end will be a lamp (or maybe many lamps) and a table with a stool. We now have until mid of august to set all the details. And in September we’ll all meet up in Tibro, to build the final prototypes!
As usual we let the photos speek for them selfs!
Our seccond day continuated with the match making and interviews of each other. We finally pared up in teams. Well, actually there’s four of us teaming up. Why split up a good group? The more the merrier!
The afternoon was spent in town visiting Cape handicraft centers and shops to get some more inspiration.
We’ll just let the pictures speak for them self!
After a few days sightseeing Capetown areas, including cape of good hope, pinguins and having fresh made fish and chips. The working week started monday by “get to know our new coworkers” and having presentations. The plan is to make some kind of match making, resulting in pairing up two and two for a furniture project/ workshop. The match making continues today, and we are very excited about all the new input we already got and got a great feeling about the rest of the week.
A lot of materials and techniques are new to us and beeing material-nerds as we are, we’re in heaven!
The rest of the day is scheduled for exploring the city and designparts of it.
